The Founding Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the price and terms shown in Stripe Checkout. It renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel through the Billing Portal; cancellation applies to future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period unless Checkout or the Portal states otherwise. Taxes and any refund rights are governed by the terms shown at Checkout and applicable law. Completing Checkout authorizes the recurring charges displayed there.
Injury and player data is sourced from ESPN and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party data inaccuracies. Always verify injury information through official sources before making lineup decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Late News Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including DFS losses arising from use of the Service.
