We collect account and waitlist email addresses, subscription and entitlement records, feedback you submit, and usage or diagnostic data needed to operate the Service. When you upload a DraftKings CSV, it can contain contest, entry, player, salary, and roster information. Do not upload files containing information that is unrelated to using the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
We use this information to authenticate users, provide lineup analysis and exports, verify membership, process support requests, protect the Service, and improve its reliability. Uploaded lineup data is processed in your browser and can also be sent to LateNewsLab server endpoints when you request parsing, analysis, research, explanations, or exports. Paid AI features can send the relevant player and lineup context to OpenAI or Anthropic for processing.
Stripe processes payments and card details. LateNewsLab does not store full payment-card details. To provide and verify membership, we store limited entitlement metadata in Supabase, which can include your user ID, email, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, price identifier, renewal period, and cancellation state.
We use browser session storage and local storage to preserve workflow state, including uploaded lineup and slate data. That browser-stored state can remain until you reset the workflow, sign out where applicable, clear site data, or your browser removes it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, ESPN for sports data, and OpenAI and Anthropic for selected AI-assisted features. Authorized administrative workflows can send Shock Card details to a configured Discord webhook. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.
Browser-stored workflow data remains as described above. Server-side account, entitlement, feedback, waitlist, security, and operational records are retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Service. You may request deletion of eligible personal information; some records may need to be retained when required by law or for legitimate security, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.
